Initial Meeting
Each commission begins with an initial meeting to discuss your vision. I prefer to meet in person, but a video call can be arranged. During this meeting, we will explore your ideas, preferences, and details like the setting, size, and medium (charcoal or oil) and timeline.

 

Sittings and Reference Material
Whenever possible, I prefer one or more sittings in my studio or an agreed location, to capture the subtleties of your personality and features. I will also take photographs to aid the process.

 

Progress Updates
I provide weekly updates and am available to discuss the work at any time to ensure the final piece meets your expectations.

 

Deposit and Payment
A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your commission, with the balance due upon completion.
